Is your Starbucks and Coca-Cola habit making your teeth look yellow and grungy? Try this easy fix. It’s made with stuff you already have right in your home, plus it’s a lot cheaper (and more natural) than a pricey whitening kit.

To do? Easy. Mix a teaspoon of baking soda with a few drops of hydrogen peroxide to make a paste. Dip your toothbrush in the mixture and and spread it all over your teeth, making small circles. The gritty texture of the paste will work away stains, preventing them from setting into your enamel while you sleep. Once you’ve covered your teeth, just rinse and spit the solution down the drain. Simple.

Taking a few minutes to do this before bed will leave you snazzy and sparkly by morning!
